PID0648 - Legal performance and well-being survey 2019

Thank you for participating in the 2019 legal performance and well-being survey.

This survey is being conducted by the College of Law in conjunction with our third-party independent research partner, Perceptive.

This study represents the second iteration of the legal performance and well-being study which was originally conducted in November 2018. The 2019 version aims to build on findings in the following areas:
  • job satisfaction
  • burnout/stress
  • diversity and unconscious bias
  • industry support networks and more
We understand that much of what this survey covers is sensitive in its nature. Please be assured that the information collected will be reported on at an aggregate level only and no personally identifiable information will be shared.

The survey should take around 15-20 minutes to complete.

In addition, for the first time, the College is offering an annual subscription to firms who wish to benchmark themselves against the industry data and access performance indicators and insight into how they are performing against the wider industry.
